Raised Under Glass Cover – Part I

An entire nation has been engineered, generation after generation. Given just enough, to keep them blind and numb to the reality beyond their existence.

Sounds like a script for a science fiction movie right?

It isn’t. I am talking about you, your friends, your neighbors.

How was school for you? Multiple choice exams where you only had to remember the right answer?

A group of people being programed to have a uniform response to every given issue.

A response of extreme emotion, fear and inability to deeply analyze issues and critical thinking.

After all the answers have always been given to you, it can only be A, B or C… or is it?

Then work, family, children, occasionally vacation time.

I remember on one of my visits to the States, the immigration officer pointed out I’ve made several short trips to the USA in a short period of time.

I couldn’t understand if I was in trouble, what was his concern… ? He explained that the average American does not have this much vacation time, so he was curious.

At the time I wasn’t a resident of the USA. I’ve held a job that allowed me ample vacation time and resources. But being raised in Europe, I was use to people having a month of vacation for every calendar year anyway. The immigration guy understood and maybe looked at me with a little bit of envy.

I was not in trouble, I was a vacationer…

The average European teenager will either head backpack traveling the world for a year before college or go to study in another country. The average European is also at the very least trilingual. Not bragging, it is worth mentioning in the context of this article.

I was shocked to find out that here things were different.

Now that I live in the USA I know what he meant… And like all of you I work, go home, take care of business, bills, too busy living the American dream!

Except for one thing, my life may appear just like yours, I don’t have a TV.

This came as a shocker to the COX representative who was trying to convince me to get the cable TV as the package I choose without one was at the same price like the one with.

Only now, only for you, special offer!

A word of advice, if something is free, stay away, you’ll end up paying higher price at the end.

– No sir, no cable, I don’t have a TV.

The COX guy looked at me as if I had two heads.

I evaluated the risk of being bombarded with 5G frequencies for the best internet connection out there or being bombarded with that and a far more dangerous propaganda.

How do I know what is happening in the world you may ask yourself? Many TV channels are available online, as well as many free media sources that you have probably never looked at. And on top of that I am trilingual, meaning I can crosscheck my information and find out information that has never been served on your platter and probably never will.

Yes, I can hear Putin answering the American journalists live and I know for a fact that a lot of what you didn’t hear was lost in translation…

You continue being diligently programed to believe what you are being fed and to respond to it the way you have been conditioned.

I have lived and traveled to the countries you only see and hear about in the news. I know what life is like in other places. Yet your opinions of other people and places are louder than Pavarotti’s performance at some grand opera.

That is the difference between my American life and yours.

Race, religion, sexual orientation, abortion, immigration, right to live, emancipation, free the nipple movement, America is Great and fixes the world where the world needs fixing…

In this one line alone you’ll find so much fire, emotion, sensitivity, division, anger… it can start a third world war if stirred all together.

I only wish you’d lift the glass cover.

But to do so, you’ll need to prepare yourself. For one the world is much uglier than you know. You’ll need to learn to keep your emotional response in check too…

Think about how commercials are designed to hit on your emotions and your desires. There is a method to the madness.

Look at everything you see with a pinch of suspicion.

To Be Continued….

I saw you (your car) today, specifically your license plate. Normally, I don’t go off and visit websites I see advertised on somebody’s car, but I had to check yours out. I saw you driving and thought, “oh, a pretty, young girl. She’s probably some rabid leftist, TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) lunatic.” Just out of curiosity I had to check it out. I was surprised and refreshed to see you’re a young woman with a good sense of the real world, not one these scream-at-the-sky millennial crybabies that seem to be all America can produce today. So happy to see some young people get it. 🙂

      Hello Jennifer,
As I saw you approaching my car, I had to put on my brave face. It ain’t simple being an outspoken Trump supporter.
But you and your friend were lovely and I thank you for taking the time to pop in here and leave a comment !
