I admire his strength of character and sharp mind. He gets it and… His vision is so ahead of his time that he remains misunderstood. No “Thank You, Mr.President’’.
But alas, who needs the gratitude.

When President Trump won the election I was trilled. I even did a little dance. I have never been overly political but for a first time I felt hope.
And ever since I have been shushed and silenced by friends and frenemies alike. Nowhere else in the world was I in so much trouble like I have been in this country of free speech.
I had to be aware all the time who I am talking to and to fear I may be more than verbally attacked.
I couldn’t understand why, am I not in America? Are we not able to have a healthy dialogue in this first world country with it’s modern and diverse society? After all didn’t we have Obama just the year before. The country survived him. Somewhat…
Why couldn’t we agree to disagree without putting pressure on our personal relationships?
At the time I lived in Los Angeles. I clearly remember one of my clients canceling a wedding because the two families overheated in a pro/against Trump debate.
Upon my return from a trip to Vegas I naively shared how nice the Trump hotel was, no politics in my statement.
I have travelled the world, stayed at some of the best hotels and I was impressed by the level of thoughtfulness in the design of the hotel and it’s operations.
In the following weeks all of my gay friends stoped talking to me, my hispanic friends were politely avoiding me and the rest were just kind enough to tell me not to mention Trump again if I wanted to have any professional or social life.
Well, I did for a while. And when unaware friends started spitting hate against the president, I will simply say that I was a supporter of President Trump and I want them to be aware of that fact as I don’t share their views but I value their friendship.
It was awkward and uncomfortable being me in his early presidency. I had to make a choice, I could be me, not being bothered by the common opinions or be a lier.
I couldn’t be a lier.
One day I headed to the DMV near my new home and requested a special license plate, a TRUMP license plate.
How refreshing, it was like coming out of the closet!
And yes, hugs and kisses for the President, and a big Thank You! That’s exactly what I meant, no mistake there.
I drive around with this message every single day and I see all the people that have been silenced react to it with joy and excitement.
Who would have thought that many people supported him but kept their dirty secret behind locked doors!
And that is my response to this politically correct doctrine that I’ am talking about.

My native country was the first one to shoot dead one of this ‘’asylum seekers’’ as a group of twenty men mostly in their twenties, fit, able and armed to the bones were passing through a forest. The man was hit by a ricochet bullet after the border police shot a warning shot. The country was widely criticized by the European Union for the accident.
You see a sovereign country, a sovereign nation and a border police that protects the borders seems to be a problem for somebody.
Lets see… Do you know who happen to have a net worth of $8 billion, after donating $18 billion to his philanthropic agency?
Open borders might be a utopia but utopia can last long enough with a couple of this individuals supporting it.
Communism lasted almost a century too.

Crying, cold and hungry with the winter approaching.
Their safety and lives have been sacrificed for a bigger purpose. Could they seek a refuge in the many neighboring counties in the Middle East? They could. Countries that were safe and more importantly of the same culture and religion.
